Overview

Lead the India compliance agenda and support development of the ethics and compliance program.

What you'll do

• Build communication with senior India management on compliance matters and support tone-at-the-top and Speak Up culture.
• Identify regional compliance risks and design training, communications, and program initiatives.
• Review and approve third-party due diligence, high-risk payments, and disclosed conflicts of interest related to India.
• Organize India Compliance Committee meetings with senior business leaders and stakeholders from Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Support internal investigations led by the Forensics team and oversee remediation and disciplinary processes.
• Direct internal investigations under legal privilege focused on anti-corruption, anti-trust, and other regulatory risks.

What you'll need

• 15 or more years of related compliance experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework in India.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage effectively with unquestioned integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team/matrixed organization across multiple cultures.

Nice to have

• Law degree.
• Audit background.
