Overview

Head of Legal Engineering, EMEA leads Legal Engineering teams supporting Harvey’s pre-sales customer engagements across EMEA.

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of Legal Engineering Managers.
• Build systems and processes enabling Legal Engineering to deliver outcomes at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to law firm and legal department leaders.
• Drive organizational performance via planning, resource management, talent development, and operational excellence.
• Help define the future of Legal Engineering.

What you'll need

• Qualified lawyer with 12+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house with significant client-facing experience.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive results across stakeholders.
• Strong track record of managing upward and influencing senior leaders.
