What you'll do

- Turn early deployments into named reference sites that prospects can visit and walk the floor.
- Hire, coach and manage the India sales team, setting territories, quotas and a weekly operating rhythm.
- Run deal reviews using MEDDPICC and the Botsync AMR qualification checklist before any proposal investment.
- Work with solutions, projects and customer success so every deal sold can be delivered.
- Build and manage relationships with India's system integrators in conveyors, palletising, end-of-line and warehouse automation.
- Run quarterly partner business reviews and joint pipeline planning to grow partner-sourced deal flow.
- Represent Botsync at India's key manufacturing and logistics trade events.
- Work with the marketing team to build a strong presence in the Indian market.
- Keep the India pipeline in HubSpot accurate and current, with stages, qualification scores, forecast and next actions updated weekly.
- Deliver a monthly forecast to the leadership team, with win/loss analysis by vertical, deal source and partner.
- Feed India customer and competitor insight back into the syncOS roadmap.
