Healthcare Solution Engineer

Overview

Supports the sale and implementation of selected technical or complex products, services, and solutions, with a primary focus on healthcare receivables products.

What you'll do

• Display a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the company's products and services and how they integrate into the customer's operations.
• Build customer confidence in the company's technical solutions and address all technical objections or concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct pre-proposal discussions with potential customers in person or via conference call.
• Develop and deliver customized client proposals, demonstrations and presentations.
• Consult on technical sales strategy for customers.
• Assist in proposal preparation, pricing recommendations and implementation support.
• Train the sales team on product technical details.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers.
• Demonstrated consultative, solutions-based selling background and experience.
• Proficient technical and analytical acumen.
• Considerable knowledge of products and solutions in the primary area of responsibility, as well as related products and solutions offered by other business lines.
• Solid proficiency demonstrating complex/software-based solutions.
• Proficient in working effectively with a variety of functional groups to assemble customer solutions.
• Effective presentation, training, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Pay range: $152,370.00 - $186,230.00.
