About the role

We're seeking an HR professional to join our team in Lucknow on a full-time, onsite basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career to develop practical experience across multiple business functions while supporting our growing organization.

What you'll do

• Manage HR operations and employee-related administrative tasks
• Handle invoicing and financial documentation
• Manage database and FTP systems for organizational records
• Process and track client payments
• Conduct client-facing calls and communications
• Oversee office management and day-to-day operations
• Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets

• Strong foundation in HR Management principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Reliable communication skills for client and internal interactions
• Attention to detail with financial and administrative records
• Comfortable working with databases and file management systems
• Professional demeanor and organizational mindset

Nice to have

• Familiarity with accounting or invoicing software
• Experience with database management tools
• Previous exposure to office administration or operations support
