HR Executive

Overview

HR Executive role responsible for HR operations across HR analytics/MIS, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, leave & attendance, and employee benefits.

What you'll do

• Maintain HR MIS, Workday data, and HR dashboards.
• Manage payroll processing for on-rolls/off-rolls and related compliances.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on cost centre, salary JV, full & final settlements, and provisions.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory compliance including PF, PT, TDS, NPS, LWF, and 24Q; issue Form 16 on time.
• Ensure HR audits are completed and share required data including the actuarial report with auditors.
• Oversee leave and attendance management, including carryforward leave calculations and annual holiday calendar preparation.
• Manage employee benefits such as medical insurance and employee grievances/escalations.

What you'll need

• Experience maintaining HR MIS and Workday data.
• Ability to manage payroll processing and related compliances.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance processes including PF, PT, TDS, NPS, LWF, 24Q, and Form 16 issuance.
• Competence in handling HR audits and providing required data to auditors.
• Experience with leave and attendance management calculations.
• Ability to manage employee benefits and grievance escalations.
• Ability to operate with vendor/operating company context (Envista/Nobel Biocare).
