HR Generalist

Overview

HR Generalist based in Mumbai, owning the full employee lifecycle and people programs across India and the Subcontinent as part of the APAC People team.

What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through hiring and onboarding.
• Track recruiting sourcing data and collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess, and close candidates.
• Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding through offboarding.
• Lead local HR operations for data management, employee support, reporting/analytics, process improvement, payroll support, and policy development.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data in Workday, run audits, and resolve employee tickets.
• Support HR compliance across the region as a local expert on HR policy.
• Use AI-powered tools to automate repetitive HR tasks and surface insights from people data.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience including full-cycle recruiting.
• BA/BS degree.
• Experience processing a wide range of HR transactions and knowledge of HR best practices across APAC.
• Proven ability to build rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, recruiting, or reporting) is strongly preferred.
• Comfort adopting AI-powered HR and recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
