Overview
Support delivery of People priorities for business functions and HRBPs in the APJ region. Report to the Global People Generalists Manager and partner with international and functional HRBPs and COEs across the People team, providing advice and assistance with HR queries.
What you'll do
- Partner with the HRBP team supporting APJ region functions on program roll-outs and ongoing process execution.
- Analyse HR data and trends, including headcount, attrition and performance, to generate insights and prepare customised reports, metrics and presentation materials for HRBPs and senior leadership.
- Own and manage performance management cases end-to-end, partnering with managers to ensure fair, consistent and timely outcomes in line with company policy.
- Coach and guide managers through the performance management process by providing advice, documentation support and best practices.
- Support HR Leaders on ad hoc projects.
- Execute and, where required, lead business-led initiatives such as re-orgs and job role and level assessments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management, IT, ER, HR Operations, Compliance, Recruiting and Compensation stakeholders to ensure communications, programs and processes are aligned.
- Manage annual cyclical events such as calibration and pulse surveys.
- Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects.
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience in an HR role in a matrixed organisation.
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
- Ability to solve problems decisively and thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgment with sensitive and confidential issues.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders.
- Ability to connect internal data with external benchmarks to provide actionable executive insights.
- Ability to enhance productivity through the sensible and strategic usage of AI tools.
- Demonstrated employee focus and ability to manage proactive communication to ensure optimum HR support.
- Ability to lead alignment between GTM and marketing HRBPs and COEs so programs are scalable and reflect unique functional needs.
- Keen to continue learning and developing the skill set, with a growth mindset.
- Strong ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with HR systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Details
- Remote role based in India.
- May require occasional travel to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
- May be required to report in person on an ad-hoc basis for team gatherings, functional off-sites or customer meetings.
