We are seeking an HR Recruiter and Generalist to join our team in a Full-time role with OnSite work flexibility. In this position, you will own key aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting day-to-day HR operations that keep our workplace running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, contribute to a positive candidate and employee experience, and help ensure our people practices are consistent, fair, and effective. If you’re a strong communicator with an eye for detail and a desire to support both talent acquisition and general HR needs, this role is a great fit.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and supporting offer coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality hiring experience.
• Support HR generalist activities, including onboarding coordination, document preparation, and employee data maintenance.
• Assist with routine HR processes such as leave tracking, basic employee inquiries, and coordination of HR-related tasks.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into clear job requirements and role profiles.
• Help maintain compliance by ensuring HR documentation and procedures follow internal standards.
• Track recruitment pipeline progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage candidates and employees.
• Strong management capability—organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through on deadlines.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment and collaborating closely with the broader team.
• Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and HR fundamentals (onboarding, documentation, and employee support).
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive HR information.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in HR processes.
