Overview

HR Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support global compensation programs, job architecture, workforce analytics, career framework development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

What you'll do

• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing analyses.
• Participate in annual compensation review cycles.
• Develop and maintain salary structures.
• Analyze workforce trends and organizational effectiveness metrics.
• Support job architecture, job leveling, and career framework initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and workforce reporting.
• Support equity and long-term incentive program administration.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of compensation, workforce analytics, or organizational design experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with compensation survey providers.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with HR reporting and workforce planning tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Analytics, Business, or related discipline.
