Overview

SAP SuccessFactors EC Senior Associate supporting clients to optimize HR processes and talent management using SAP Human Capital Management applications.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements to implement SAP HCM solutions effectively.
• Provide training and support for SAP SuccessFactors integration and utilization.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize HR processes and talent management strategies.
• Interpret data to produce insights and recommendations.
• Manage project budgeting and timelines aligned to client objectives.
• Support change management to enable adoption of new systems.
• Apply workforce analytics to deliver actionable HR transformation insights.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
• Experience navigating complex client situations with strategic HR planning.

Nice to have

• At least one SAP certification in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and/or related HCM/HR platform credentials.
• Developing business process improvements in SAP Human Capital Management.
• Managing HR transformation projects using change management strategies.
• Building client connections through communication and empathy.
