Overview
Senior Workforce Data Analyst to deliver workforce analytics and data-driven insights for talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational decisions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, reports, forecasting models, and predictive insights.
- Translate business questions into actionable analytics with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform advanced workforce analysis across the employee lifecycle (e.g., acquisition, planning, performance, engagement, retention, turnover).
- Develop workforce forecasts and scenario-based analyses for hiring strategies and capacity planning.
- Support predictive analytics models related to attrition, hiring demand, workforce trends, and talent outcomes.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using reporting tools such as Power BI.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, or related reporting/analytical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, visualization design, and DAX.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and automation techniques.
- Strong workforce analytics and workforce planning knowledge, including talent acquisition metrics and attrition analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics (e.g., regression, correlation, significance testing).
