Overview

HR Service Delivery Specialist responsible for delivering HR services and employee support functions, including compensation and benefits and performance management.

What you'll do

• Improve workforce performance, productivity, agility, and cost/revenue outcomes.
• Manage compensation and benefits and performance management processes.
• Provide human resources services and information to employees.
• Support HR functions including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems and create/adapt solutions.
• Align work with strategic direction related to team goals.

What you'll need

• Any graduation qualification.
• 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Mandatory SAP experience.
• Mandatory SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• 4 to 6 years overall experience, with 3+ years in compensation & benefits and performance management processes.
