People Operations Specialist

Overview

People Operations Specialist responsible for onboarding, onboarding session support, and operational processes across the Wiser lifecycle, including offboarding and immigration/relocation-related administration.

What you'll do

• Manage administrative onboarding for new joiners and keep stakeholders in the loop.
• Coordinate adaptable onboarding plans with hiring leads and support future process changes.
• Manage relocation logistics and documentation for new joiners.
• Run local onboarding sessions and share first-week new joiner information.
• Support the People team ticketing desk by responding to queries efficiently.
• Process Workday actions across the Wiser lifecycle, including operational onboarding/offboarding steps.
• Oversee immigration processes and assist with international remote working requests (escalating when required).
• Handle last-day administration for leaving/relocating Wisers and complete offboarding steps.

What you'll need

• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
• Ability to coordinate adaptable onboarding plans with hiring leads.
• Familiarity with leave policy guidance for employees.
• Ability to maintain onboarding-related information on Confluence.
• Capability to support payroll with documentation/information for changes.
• Ability to produce employment documentation such as reference letters and contract changes.
