HRBP Engineering

Overview

Partner with engineering function heads, managers, Centres of Excellence and platform services to deliver people strategies that support business growth and employee experience.

What you'll do

• Develop HR plans and solutions with managers to support business initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee experience, performance and talent management.
• Collaborate with People Services and COEs across the employee lifecycle.
• Build talent pipelines and support workforce and succession planning.
• Deploy inclusion and diversity, health and wellbeing programmes.
• Analyze people data and provide employee experience solutions.
• Address employee issues and deploy performance enablement processes.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of HR experience supporting employee relations across all grades.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
• Knowledge of compensation practices.
• Knowledge of diversity and performance management.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR.
