HR Business Partner I

Overview

HR Business Partner who partners with business leaders to shape hiring, development, motivation, and retention, using people and organizational insights to drive practical actions.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and people strategies.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and translate analysis into priorities and actions.
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters in India with fair, compliant, and timely outcomes.
• Design and deliver programs across performance management, career development, coaching, and recognition.
• Drive key HR cycles (performance, compensation, and talent reviews) aligned with global standards.
• Advise leaders on implications of HR best practices and regulatory changes for teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Hands-on experience managing employee relations in India, including complex and sensitive cases.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and facilitating.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, communications, human resources, or a related field.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Hybrid work model; onsite at least 50% of the time if within commuting distance to a Diligent office location.
