Overview
The HRSD Specialist I - Operations provides Service Delivery and People Services Center support, handles employee and manager inquiries, fulfills HR administrative activities, and maintains information in administration and tracking systems.
What you'll do
- Receive inquiries on service central and provide employee support.
- Perform workload fulfillment for Service Delivery activities, including HR invoices, offer administration, and employee services.
- Enter information into administration and tracking systems, including Workday and Service Now.
- Deliver regional administrative support for HR activities, including personnel files and on/offboarding.
- Serve as a regional point of contact for manager and employee inquiries.
- Support local managers, employees, and HR.
- Provide administrative support for HR responsibilities handled locally, including employee records and on/offboarding.
- Act as a local liaison between the business and Service Delivery, People Services Center.
- Meet service delivery performance, satisfaction measures, expectations, and standards.
- Solve problems with minimal guidance.
- Assist others as needed in a team environment.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What you'll need
- Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- AA accepted with experience or an HR focus.
- Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
- 1-3 years of HR experience and related systems.
- Ability to gain knowledge of HR disciplines and processes as well as business operations.
- Customer-focused approach and comfort working with a diverse group of people.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Minimal English speaking, writing, and reading skills.
- Depending on location, second-language skills may be required.
