Overview

HSE Lead for Health, Safety, Security & Environment, responsible for on-site HSE compliance, inspections, documentation, and incident/risk management.

What you'll do

• Inspect PPE usage, scaffolding, excavations, lifting operations, and hot works.
• Maintain HSE documentation including permits-to-work, inspection records, and incident reports.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Ensure contractor compliance with HSE regulations and project safety plans.

What you'll need

• BE in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Diploma or equivalent certification.
• HSE experience in construction/PMC.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and local HSE regulations.
• Auditing and communication skills.
