Human Resources Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Executive to support our people strategy and ensure a smooth employee experience at our on-site location. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day HR coordination, supporting recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, and maintaining strong communication across teams. You will help streamline HR processes, assist with candidate management, and contribute to a collaborative workplace where people feel supported, informed, and valued.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with onboarding documentation to ensure a consistent employee journey.
• Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and clear next steps.
• Assist with employee coordination tasks, including preparing routine HR reports and maintaining organized documentation.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration by partnering with different departments to address people-related needs efficiently.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Support a positive workplace culture through professional, timely, and respectful communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong COMMUNICATION skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including coordinating hiring activities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team through Teamwork and Collaboration, supporting shared goals.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining HR documentation and records.
• Comfort managing multiple tasks with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Professional discretion and reliability when handling sensitive HR information.
