Human Resources Intern

About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated HR Intern – Recruiter to join our team on an OnSite basis as an Internship role. In this position, you’ll support day-to-day recruitment and human resources activities, helping us attract and evaluate great talent while building hands-on experience in people operations. You’ll work closely with senior HR team members to learn the full hiring cycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination—while strengthening your communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities including sourcing candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates that match role requirements and company needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, support recruiter stakeholders, and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
• Help prepare job postings, candidate summaries, and basic reporting for HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems or spreadsheets following internal processes and data guidelines.
• Support onboarding-related tasks such as document preparation and scheduling orientation activities.
• Contribute to improving recruitment workflows by suggesting efficiencies and maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly candidate experience mindset.
• Basic understanding of recruiting concepts (sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work with confidential information.
• Proficiency with common office tools (e.g., spreadsheets and document preparation) and comfort learning HR platforms.
• Reliable teamwork skills—collaborate effectively with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
