Overview

Lead sales analytics and insights delivery, developing dashboards and data models that support data-driven decisions for Sales and Sales Operations teams.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality dashboards and data models.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and secure platform access.
• Author, review, and validate dashboards, visual designs, and model outcomes.
• Manage and mentor developers and data analytics practitioners.
• Lead work allocation, delivery timelines, quality reviews, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with business leaders and global teams to define solutions and success metrics.
• Serve as the client-facing subject matter expert for sales analytics visualizations.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Deep understanding of sales lifecycle processes, including pricing and quoting, bids and proposals, contracts, orders, and incentives.
• Experience delivering sales analytics and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar platforms.
