What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements for SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide training and support for SAP HCM applications.
• Optimize human resources processes and talent management strategies.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects for workforce analytics and strategic planning.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives within SAP HCM frameworks.
• Interpret data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Develop client connections and deliver quality solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and solve problems.
• Ability to uphold professional and technical standards.

Nice to have

• SAP Human Capital or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors workforce technology solutions.
• Experience managing human resources transformation projects.
