Overview

Manage Salesforce marketing and campaign consulting engagements, from strategy and capability assessment through solution design and delivery. The role focuses on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot and Loyalty implementations.

What you'll do

• Design cross-channel campaign strategies and marketing plans.
• Assess client campaign and marketing capabilities and recommend stack improvements.
• Develop next-best-action strategies, business cases and campaign use cases.
• Define campaign KPIs, attribution and optimization strategies.
• Lead Salesforce marketing programs from strategy definition through delivery.
• Run requirements-gathering and solution-design workshops.
• Manage stakeholders, project teams and small to mid-sized teams.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of experience designing or managing marketing campaigns.
• 4–5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot or Salesforce Loyalty.
• Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients.
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• MBA from a tier 1 or tier 2 college.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot or Loyalty.
• Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration or real-time decisioning.
• Good consulting and techno-functional experience.
