iLO Platform Firmware Architect

Overview

iLO Platform Firmware Architect for HPE iLO server management solution enablement, designing and developing iLO manageability firmware.

What you'll do

• Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for firmware subsystems and components.
• Lead multiple project teams covering solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
• Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners for software design and development.
• Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with design guidelines and standards.
• Provide domain expertise and software systems leadership across cross-organization projects and programs.
• Guide and mentor less-experienced staff members.

What you'll need

• Typically 10+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong programming experience in C and C++.
• Knowledge of the server manageability domain and server industry broadly.
• Design, debug, and development on RTOS such as Green Hills Integrity and Embedded Linux.
• Experience with ARM processors or similar system controllers.
• Experience with openBMC or Yocto-based Baseboard Management Controllers (BMC).

• Work model described as Hybrid with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
