Immigration Specialist

Overview

Immigration Specialist assisting clients with employee immigration requirements. Own casework from planning through filing, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations while delivering client service.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support.
• Develop tailored immigration plans based on each client’s immigration needs.
• Manage the end-to-end immigration process, including visa applications and work permits.
• Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret and apply immigration rules to support client compliance and reduce legal risk.
• Prepare and submit documentation to government agencies and authorities.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, legal teams, government entities, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience providing India immigration advice.
• Any Bachelor’s degree (minimum degree required).
• Experience with immigration case management and maintaining organized case files.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and officials to exchange information.
• Ability to stay up to date with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
• Training experience for new/junior team members on case management and application forms.
