Overview
Immigration Specialist to manage employment-based and/or family-based immigration cases through initiation to final adjudication. You will act as a primary point of contact and ensure timely, accurate preparation, filing, and tracking of petitions and applications.
What you'll do
- Independently manage 100–200+ active immigration cases across multiple visa categories.
- Coordinate preparation and filing of immigration petitions and applications (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, E-3, dependent visas).
- Track RFE and audit responses, monitor case status, and manage visa expiration and renewals.
- Upload, review, and maintain electronic case documentation across government and client portals (e.g., USCIS, Department of Labor, CEAC).
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, foreign nationals, attorneys, and stakeholders with status updates and inquiry responses.
- Review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness under attorney supervision.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of immigration case management, paralegal, or related immigration experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes and government filing requirements.
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads without compromising quality or compliance.
- Proficiency in electronic case management/document management platforms (e.g., INSZoom, Docketwise, LawLogix, Tracker Corp, Envoy Global, Cerenade, Salesforce-based immigration platforms).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
