Implementation Consultant

Overview

Implementation Consultant for Mid Market, responsible for onboarding new customers and driving early product adoption for Motive during the first phase of their journey.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during implementation.
• Guide customers through hardware/software setup and system training.
• Monitor customer progress to support adoption and timely activation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
• Handle high volumes of phone conversations and email inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
• Salesforce proficiency and ability to use data to inform engagement plans.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Experience in documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Work mode: Hybrid in Islamabad and Lahore, Pakistan; with remote work in Pakistan.
