Implementation Specialist (Senior IT Analyst)

Overview

Support end-to-end implementations and deployments of software, infrastructure, digital transformation, and mergers, acquisitions and divestiture projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and adopted smoothly by the organization.

What you'll do

• Drive or support end-to-end enterprise infrastructure or software deployments from kickoff to launch.
• Set up advanced platform capabilities, including integrations, security requirements, data mapping, and configurations tailored to client needs.
• Oversee the secure extraction, transformation, and loading of client data.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for high-value corporate stakeholders.
• Lead product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), identify root causes for integration defects, and resolve production blockers.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks to internal executives and client stakeholders.
• Build reusable implementation templates to accelerate customer time-to-value.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and build consensus.
• Ability to analyze error trends, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend effective long-term fixes.
• Exceptional capability to translate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business users.
• Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, integrations, application development, etc.
• Ability to coordinate software implementations, upgrades, and testing phases with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with HP ALM.
