Inbound Sales Representative Associate - Voice

Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative Associate, you will support customer operations by managing customer queries, escalations and complaints, providing resolutions, and closing faults and complaints within SLAs.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
• Provide the best resolutions to customers.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Support the transformation of customer support from a necessary function for resolving customer problems into a value-generating service and strategic differentiator in the market.
• Work with platforms and software used by contact centers to provide customer support.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Customer Service Technology - P1.
