Overview

Work within the Customer Support vertical as an Inbound Sales Representative Associate, managing customer queries, escalations and complaints while providing resolutions.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
• Provide the best resolutions to customers.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Customer Service Technology - P1.
