Associate Specialist Participant Transaction

Overview

Support US Retirement Plan (401k) recordkeeping through transaction processing and other back-end operations of retirement plans.

What you'll do

• Ensure accuracy on transactions processed.
• Adhere strictly to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.
• Research queries and requests sent by Business Partners and Client Support Teams and reply with minimum response time.
• Participate actively in process improvements and automation.
• Ensure established Quality Control standards are followed.
• Identify and prioritize high-value transactions using excellent organizational skills.
• Complete assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines while managing daily BAU.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• 0-11 months of experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email, Adobe, and Chrome/Internet Explorer.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical ability in solving business and technical problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate experience and demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate ability to multitask and prioritize workload while assisting less experienced colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and develop relationships with peers and management while acting as a guide and Subject Matter Expert.
