Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative Associate, you will support the Customer Support vertical by managing and resolving customer queries, escalations and complaints, while providing appropriate resolutions.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
• Provide the best resolutions to customers.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact with your own team and direct supervisor.
• Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Customer Service Technology.
