Inbound Sales Representative Associate - Voice

Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative Associate, you will support the Customer Support vertical by resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing appropriate resolutions.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
• Provide the best resolutions to customers.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Support the transformation of customer problem resolution into a value-generating service that is a strategic differentiator in the market.
• Work with platforms and software used by contact centers to provide customer support.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Customer Service Technology - P1.
• Ability to work with detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
