Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative Associate, you will support the Customer Support vertical by managing customer queries, escalations and complaints, and providing resolutions.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
• Provide the best resolutions to customers.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Contribute to transforming customer problem resolution into a value-generating service that is a strategic differentiator in the market.
• Work with platforms and software used by contact centers to provide customer support.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Customer Service Technology as the primary skill.

• Location: Bengaluru.
• The role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Detailed to moderate level of instruction will be provided on daily work tasks.
• Detailed instruction will be provided on new assignments.
