Information Security Analyst I

Overview

Information Security Analyst I (Security Operations) monitors, triages, and responds to security alerts across systems and infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Monitor and triage security alerts, escalating as appropriate.
• Contribute to improving alert accuracy and reducing alert noise.
• Document security processes and procedures.
• Research and analyze emerging threats relevant to the organization.
• Participate in compliance, audit, and risk management activities as needed.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in IT, security, or a related field.
• Practical experience with security monitoring and response using SIEM, EDR, and IDS tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of network, endpoint, and cloud security concepts.
• Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
