Information Security Engineer

Overview

Information Security Engineer to support internal security consulting and help design, implement, and troubleshoot security solutions across multiple domains including cloud and IAM.

What you'll do

• Participate in security consulting for internal clients to align with corporate information security policies and standards.
• Track or remediate vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Review and correlate security logs.
• Support design, documentation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security solutions across networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security.
• Provide technical support for security-related issues.
• Implement information security components including confidentiality, integrity, availability, risk management, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform across GCP (preferred), Azure, or AWS.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of Information Security Engineering experience (or equivalent via work, training, military, or education).
• 2+ years of platform/technology/information security experience in complex corporate IT environments with enterprise application integrations.
• 2 years of experience migrating and implementing IAM in any cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of identity management concepts including account and entitlement lifecycle, federated identity, onboarding/offboarding, privilege accumulation, RBAC, and authentication/authorization/accounting.
• Strong foundation on Azure and/or GCP Cloud Platform components.
• Sound knowledge of DevOps model with exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with web-based IAM protocols such as SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID, and OAuth.
