Infrastructure Intermediate Systems Analyst

Overview

Intermediate-level Infrastructure Systems Analyst role supporting application systems within the Technology team, coordinating infrastructure upgrades and vulnerability remediation across SMC application environments.

What you'll do

• Work with the Dev and Infra teams to manage upgrades and remediation of EOVS and vulnerability items across SMC application environments.
• Coordinate closely with vendors and CTI teams to understand upcoming upgrades and plan ahead in coordination with application components.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing Infra Support roles.
• Good clear communication skills to engage across teams.
• Proactive learner who can plan seamlessly while working with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, and scripting.
• Knowledge of networking and load balancers.
• Knowledge of storage concepts (NAS / SAN).
• Knowledge of HBA / hardware.

Nice to have

• Scripting language: Linux.
• Oracle.
• DevSecOps understanding.
• Understanding of ECS architecture / implementation.
