About the Job

Join Ratibz as an Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) and help dairy owners, subscription businesses, and local suppliers discover a smarter way to manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments. You’ll reach out to prospects, explain how the Ratibz app works, and guide interested users through demos and onboarding. This is a Full-time OnSite role in Pune—ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 0–3 years of experience who are eager to learn, communicate confidently, and hit targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers including dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers, and subscription business owners.
• Clearly communicate Ratibz benefits, key features, and pricing during calls.
• Perform lead follow-up for leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
• Update and maintain call logs, customer database, and the sales pipeline in CRM.
• Schedule product demos and support prospects with app installation and onboarding.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
• Collect customer feedback to improve sales conversations and pitch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and the internet.
• Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/inside sales is preferred (freshers welcome).
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and consistency to meet sales goals.
