Overview

The Inside Territory Sales Consultant manages virtual-market agency relationships to drive profitable sales and growth. The role also provides performance insights, mentoring, and division support.

What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, appoint, and manage agencies in a virtual market.
• Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage assigned agencies against production, premium, loss-ratio, and KPI goals.
• Evaluate agencies and support their profitable growth.
• Recommend agencies for profit-sharing, rewards, and incentive programs.
• Provide leadership with agency, market, and strategic insights.
• Mentor and coach new hires and team members.

What you'll need

• 3 or more years of experience preferred.
• Four-year bachelor's degree preferred.
• Skills in consultative selling and inside sales.
• Sales relationship-building and sales operations skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
• U.S. work authorization.
