Overview
Integration Consultant for the Demand Integrations team, supporting APAC customers with API integrations, onboarding, and ongoing integration health monitoring.
What you'll do
- Support existing customers and onboard new customers for API integrations.
- Help build and manage customer relationships within an allocated customer portfolio.
- Provide technical guidance during integration lifecycle phases.
- Monitor integration health for customers and flag concerning statistics.
- Analyse integration performance regularly and recommend improvements.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
What you'll need
- Technical experience with APIs, API implementation, and platform-to-platform integrations.
- Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and APIs using technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS-Office products, including Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, filtering/formulas, de-duplication checks).
- Thorough and detail-oriented approach to communication and analysis.
- Comfort working independently from home with strong time management.
Nice to have
- SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, or Salesforce experience.
- Experience with Grafana and/or similar systems.
- Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, and at least one programming language.
- Experience with modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
- Bachelor’s degree (business administration, IT, market research, computer science, engineering, or related discipline) preferred.
