Overview

Intern - HR working on planning, coordination, documentation, follow-up, and implementation of key HR initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support one-time HR priority projects requiring research, coordination, evaluation, and implementation support.
• Help evaluate alternatives for Keka replacement.
• Support replacement of BGV.
• Assist with replacement of the Food Coupon vendor and upcoming insurance renewal.
• Support development and continuous improvement of foundational HR practices across culture alignment, learning & development, employee well-being, and career progression.
• Assist in process mapping by documenting/reviewing/improving IST operations SOPs.
• Support performance management work including KPI definition, tracking, documentation, and process improvement.

What you'll need

• Master’s in Business Administration/Management in an HR discipline.
• Empathy and active listening.
• Strong communication skills.
• Discretion and integrity.
• Adaptability.

• Internship duration is 6 months.
• Office location: Bengaluru, India.
