Overview

Internship focused on extracting structured supply-chain order data from documents using OCR, document-AI, validation, and data pipelines.

What you'll do

• Analyze incoming order documents and identify formats, fields, and edge cases.
• Evaluate OCR and document-extraction tools to select an appropriate approach.
• Build pipelines to extract structured order data.
• Implement validation against master data.
• Flag uncertain results for human review.
• Integrate outputs with data infrastructure for reporting and order entry.
• Document work and support team handover.

What you'll need

• Working knowledge of Python for data processing and scripting.
• Master's degree in Engineering, graduating in 2025 or 2026.
• Interest in or exposure to machine learning, computer vision, or NLP.
• Basic SQL and comfort with structured data.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to data quality.
• Basic knowledge of UI-based or API-based automation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with OCR libraries or document-AI models.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and pipeline tooling.
• Version control with Git and collaborative development experience.
