IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure (Tidal Support Analyst)

Overview

IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure (Tidal Support Analyst) providing operational support for the Tidal job scheduling product and associated products, plus consultation to application support teams.

What you'll do

• Use Tidal Enterprise Scheduler to establish job streams with complex dependencies.
• Monitor and interact with complex scheduling and manage intricate calendar schedules.
• Set job rules and define critical schedule dependencies.
• Detect and maintain job streams and schedules, including preventive maintenance.
• Analyze scheduling job streams and recommend optimization of schedule performance.
• Participate in an on-call rotation during off-shift hours and weekends.
• Coordinate with application teams to onboard into the Enterprise Tidal environment and support model.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT application/infrastructure or comparable bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler product usability and support.
• Technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques.
• Technical writing/documentation knowledge for manuals, reports, guidelines.

• Location preference: Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, India.
• 5-day work week schedule; EMEA shift 01:00PM–10:00PM IST.
