IT Services Specialist

Overview

IT Services Specialist (L2/L3) for Genesys’ EMEA team, providing hands-on support and resolving escalated incidents and requests for employees across the region.

What you'll do

• Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents that cannot be resolved by the Global Helpdesk or junior Desktop team members.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and repair computer hardware, printers, software, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
• Provide hands-on and remote support across EMEA, including VIP and executive support.
• Manage end-user device lifecycle activities including deployment, operations/support, updates, and retirement.
• Perform onboarding/offboarding support tasks such as device preparation and account setup.
• Maintain asset and software inventory within ServiceNow and perform administrative tasks in systems like Active Directory and Azure AD.

What you'll need

• 4–5 years’ experience troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing computer hardware, printers, software, network connectivity, and operating systems.
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with onboarding, training, and supervising more junior team members.
• Proficiency with Windows OS is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with people at various organizational levels.
• Ability to work under own initiative with limited guidance in your area of knowledge.
