IT Support Engineer, Application Administrator

Overview

IT Operations Engineers own SaaS operations for Anthropic’s SaaS catalog, including app administration, license/seat operations, renewals, audit evidence, and app health/update coordination.

What you'll do

• Perform SaaS admin actions such as role grants, supported settings changes, and admin-level user troubleshooting.
• Own ticket intake and execution for SaaS-lane escalations and maintain runbooks.
• Identify repetitive tasks in the lane and automate them (license workflows, seat reporting, evidence pulls).
• Monitor app-level health, usage, and performance and route issues to IT Engineering.
• Coordinate vendor-driven app updates and feature rollouts, including release note tracking and scheduling.
• Assign/reclaim licenses and produce seat utilization reporting and monthly utilization reviews.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience administering a portfolio of SaaS applications at the admin level.
• Experience owning license and seat management (assignment, reclamation, utilization reporting).
• Experience supporting renewals or true-ups and working with vendor CSM contacts.
• Experience pulling audit evidence or executing access reviews (SOC2 or similar).
• Excellent communication and enjoyment helping people solve problems.
• Ability to write runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles.

Details

• Remote role with required travel to the San Francisco office and occasional travel to other offices.
• Annual compensation range: $230,000–$265,000 USD.
