Java Backend Software Engineer

Overview

Java Backend Software Engineer role focused on building scalable, reliable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java (Java 8+).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, and Docker.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
