Jr. Engineer

Overview

Junior Engineer for Production supporting the assembly of wind turbine components through mechanical and electrical build tasks, documentation adherence, and safe heavy-component handling.

What you'll do

• Execute mechanical and electrical build tasks for wind turbine component assembly.
• Operate specialized bolting equipment during assembly.
• Assist with crane lifting and safe positioning of heavy-weight components.
• Follow production documentation such as PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions (WI).
• Adhere to EHSRA, SOPs, and MSDS requirements during work.
• Document production progress and report technical deviations/quality issues via NCR.

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly.
• Experience assisting in crane lifting activities and safe heavy-component positioning.
• Proficiency with industrial bolting tools such as hydraulic tensioners and calibrated torque wrenches.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and production documentation.
• Ability to fill Quality/Production/Maintenance checklists and enter data in MES.
• Ability to perform self-checks using basic quality control tools and support root cause analysis.
