Junior Data Analyst

Overview

Support Talent Acquisition and HR teams by analyzing workforce data, developing dashboards, and producing reporting insights for hiring and operational decisions.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize Workday reports and dashboard solutions.
• Analyze hiring metrics, funnel analytics, turnaround time, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for leadership.
• Validate data across ATS, HRMS, and other sources.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Identify trends and insights to improve hiring outcomes.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting roles.
• Hands-on Power BI experience.
• Basic to intermediate DAX skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and data cleansing.
• Experience with Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from Workday HCM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
