Junior Data Security Developer

Overview

Administrative role supporting a Managed Services Client Service Desk team for incident resolution and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
• Coordinate service requests and assist the client service desk team.
• Follow the correct escalation procedure on critical calls and requests.
• Receive, validate, and log client requests, capturing request details.
• Maintain relevant documents for tickets/requests, including client information.
• Assist with analyzing and interpreting escalation requests for categorization and prioritization.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
