HR Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for managing payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and employee records while coordinating with external agencies. The role also supports performance management through KRA setting and tracking, ensuring smooth HR operations (excluding training & development).

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll in coordination with external agencies
• Ensure accuracy in salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory components

HR Compliance & Agency Coordination

• Liaise with external agencies for statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Ensure all legal requirements and documentation are maintained

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Coordinate hiring with department heads
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters

Performance Management (KRA Setting)

• Assist in defining and implementing KRAs for employees
• Track and maintain KRA records in coordination with department heads
• Support periodic performance review processes

Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
• Ensure data is updated and compliant

Leave & Attendance Management

• Maintain leave records and attendance data
• Provide accurate inputs for payroll

General HR Operations

• Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
